Ordering

Ordering is real easy. You don't need to create an account, just find the item that you want and add them to your basket using the pink buttons on the page. Go to the Checkout when you have chosen your selection and follow the pages to give us 1. you Address Details and 2.Your Card Details.

Honest Pricing

We are totally honest about the value you are getting for your money. We quote the genuine recommended retail price with each item we sell and we aim to sell all products at a good discount, even after the addition of the shipping costs. If you find an item cheaper on the net then email Louise at louise@discreetdeliveries.co.uk when ordering & she will email you with an adjusted subtotal based on the price you found elsewhere on in stock items. This price match offer does not include promotions at other stores.

Delivery - UK

All goods are sent out in ultra discreet unmarked grey envelopes or boxes.

Orders for in stock goods received before 2.00pm on a working day are sent out first class that day for delivery almost always the next day. Look on the item detail page to see if a particular item is in stock and if not when it is due back in stock. If you urgently need an item then send us an an email & we may be able to hurry the process along.

Standard postage and packaging is calculated at 70p + 7% of the order value on orders under £50. We do not charge for deliveries in excess of £50 in value.

Special Delivery

All orders over £100 in value are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and are guaranteed to be with you the next working day after they are posted. A signature will be required on arrival.

Orders under £100 can be sent Special Delivery for an extra £3.95 charge.

Any alterations to this process can be arranged upon request. However we disclaim responsibility in these cases, for instance if the parcel is stolen or misplaced en route via the alternate method requested.

A gift wrapping service is available at a cost of 10% of the order value.

Resends

If we receive your item back and need to resend it to you then we charge a flat fee of £3.95 for handling and postage.

Delivery - Worldwide

Please note all prices on this site are given in £'Sterling - Currency Converter. On receipt of an order requesting international delivery we will send an email asking for confirmation of your delivery address & your understanding of the additional charges incurred as descibed here.

Within Europe (including Eire) and additional £3.95 will be added.

Outside Europe a charge of £5.95 is added. We reserve the right not to accept orders from certain countries at any time. In this event we will let you know via email straight away.

Privacy

We do not give out any information about our customers to third parties. Neither do we retain any credit/debit card details in our database after payment has been received. We only retain your name and email address in our secure database to maintain our records. This is collected lawfully in accordace with English law. On ordering, your email address is added to our mailing list and you will periodically be sent information by us regarding promotions, new stock etc. If you wish to be removed from the mailing list then please use the unsubscribe facility on the main store page.

Security and privacy on the net go hand in hand. We do not use a third party payment services provider. All payment operations are for our eyes only. To guarantee the security of credit card transactions over the internet we use SSL (secure socket layer) 128bit encryption. This means that from the moment your details leave your computer they are unreadable until they reach ours.

If you are not satisfied with any item in your order you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase. To return an item, follow the instructions under "Return Instructions" below.

If an item does not work properly
You may return an item at any time within the first 30 days of purchase if it is defective. At your request, we will either replace the defective item with a new one or give you a refund for the full amount. Please read "return instructions" below for details.

If you are dissatisfied with your selection
We make every attempt to ensure that you will be happy with your purchase. However, we know that sometimes people are dissatisfied with their sex toys or garments. You may return any item within the first 30 days of purchase by contacting us at the email address below. This is in addition to your statuary rights and we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% as we do not resell returned items.

Return Instructions:
If you would like to return an item that you purchased from us please email louise@discreetdeliveries.co.uk quoting your order id number & describing your problem. Return instructions will then be sent to you including a returns number.

Do not send back items without a returns number or they will be discarded without being opened.

Please ensure that goods are sent Recorded Delivery.

NOTE: We do not resell returned items. All items that are returned to us are either sent back to the manufacturer for refund or discarded.

Refunds

Refunds when agreed can take up to 30 days to process and will be made in the manner in which payment was taken (card or cheque).
